Our Story
Calevo was born out of real-world challenges faced in Emergency Medicine and shift-based care. It is 100% designed and developed in the USA and is a result of the collaboration of Paxero Software Solutions, LLC, and Northbuilt Software.
Our founders, with firsthand experience managing demanding shift schedules and navigating outdated systems, recognized a gap in the market: no platform truly prioritized provider well-being while meeting the administrative needs of modern healthcare organizations.
What started as an idea to solve a shared problem has evolved into a purpose-built platform that helps physicians, residents, and administrators regain control of their schedules, without sacrificing clarity, compliance, or work-life balance.
